To be sure your wedding day goes smoothly and as planned, please answer the questions and return this 4 – 6 Weeks prior to your engagement.

Note: It is the responsibility of the couple not of our company to secure any permits or permission needed for use of a location. Please also keep in mind the time that the ceremony ends, travel time to locations and to catering halls as well as reception start times. Some locations may not be feasible for your day due to time constraints.

Note: If there are different selections to choose from, you do not need to contact us in regards to our choice. A basic meal, such as poultry, is sufficient. If the catering hall insists on seating us in a different room, we prefer one that is as close to the banquet room as possible so we may be close to what is going on.

At the reception, a scannable QR code will be placed at each table to collect email addresses of your friends and family that would like to see your images. At the 6-8 week time frame some sneak peeks will be released on Facebook. When your final images are ready, you will receive them 2 weeks before they are released to your friends and family. If you choose to not want your images shared you must let us know.

You can expect delivery of your color corrected images 10 – 12 weeks after the wedding date. Your images will be posted on our proofing site and a USB drive will be mailed to your house.

If you have an album package your first design will be delivered through email within 2 months of receiving the order. After your album design is approved you can expect delivery of your albums in 10-12 weeks.
